BidReady is an independent, privately owned small business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the United States Government, the U.S. Small Business Administration, SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, the Department of Defense, or any federal, state or local agency. References to government programmes, systems, certifications or agencies are descriptive only.
Registration in SAM.gov is free and can be completed by any business without paid assistance, directly at sam.gov. Federal contract opportunities are published publicly at no cost. BidReady charges for proposal writing, not for access to any government system or information.
Nothing on this site is a promise, warranty or prediction that a proposal will win, be found compliant by an agency, or be evaluated in any particular way. Source selection decisions belong entirely to the contracting agency. Any figures describing contract values, competition levels or set-aside programmes are general context, not a forecast of your result.
BidReady is not a law firm, accounting firm or licensed advisor. Nothing on this site or in any deliverable constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting, tax or investment advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Matters involving size standards, affiliation, joint ventures, certification eligibility, bid protests, contract terms or compliance obligations should be reviewed with qualified counsel.
Proposal content describing a client's capabilities, personnel, equipment, financial condition, certifications and past performance is supplied by the client. BidReady does not independently verify it and does not invent, estimate or infer it. Where required information is missing, it is flagged in the draft as an open item.
The client reviews, certifies and submits the proposal under its own signature. Representations made to the government in a proposal are the client's representations, and carry legal consequences for the client, including potential liability under the civil False Claims Act and 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
Some agencies and solicitations impose requirements to disclose how a proposal was prepared, or restrict the use of outside preparation assistance. Identifying and complying with any such requirement in a given solicitation is the client's responsibility. We will support any disclosure the client needs to make, and will describe our preparation methods to the client in writing on request.
Fees shown on this site are indicative bands current as of the date above. The fee for any engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins. Fees are flat and are never contingent on, or a percentage of, an award.
Links to third-party sites, including government systems, are provided for convenience. BidReady does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
