This policy explains what information BidReady collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website and information exchanged in the course of an engagement.
We ask only for what a proposal requires. We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, or classified or export-controlled information by email.
This site is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of you.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — processes standard server request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp in order to serve the page and protect the service. That processing is governed by Vercel's own privacy terms.
Outreach may reference federal contract award information published by the U.S. Government, including USASpending.gov and SAM.gov. That information is published by the government and is publicly available. If we contact you about your award history, it came from those public records, not from a purchased list or a data broker.
Limited processing may involve providers used to run the business, including email hosting, website hosting, document storage and software tooling used in preparing your documents. Providers are used only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Client facts and deliverables are retained so a future proposal can reuse them, which is a direct benefit to you. Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept no longer than reasonably necessary. You may ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless a record must be kept to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can honestly be given.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Requests go to the address below and are honoured promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; tell us and we will apply them.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
